SPECIAL MISSION

This letter is a vocation campaign
This a request, advice and homework
I will tell you here, what are the missions
Listen carefully, maybe you will go also

There will be no flowery introductions here
My surname Jarosław Wiśniewski
My homeland is Kujawy and Pomerania
The town of Rypin, Earth of Dobrzyń

For seven years I was an altar boy
I was a tramp in high school
To the army took me “Blue Berets”
I did not want to shoot, I landed behind bars

I asked God to release me
Many Him then promises I gave
I did not lie – straight from the arrest
To the seminary I went

I blamed Russia for my defeats
For the fact that it was so hard in Poland
But I very much asked the Bishop
To send me to the Soviets on the mission

I have practiced in Belarus
The town of Indura near Grodno
I have also visited Vilnius with pleasure
It was a memorable year – the nineties

When the coup took place in Moscow
Three gentlemen near the town of Białowieża
Szuszkiewicz, Jelcyn and Kuczma
They “brought freedom” to the Soviet countries

I took a job in Rostov-on-Don
Cossacks promised me death
Because I had a lot of young people in the parish
I have opened many new parishes

Spies were on my heels
So I moved to Siberia
At this time Jelcyn abdicated
Putin took power in his hands

There was not much freedom in the country
In Moscow three houses collapsed from dust
Putin promised that he would find guilty
Czeczenia was choking with blood

It was “a nice beginning” of fun
The public could not be bored any moment
Journalists have begun to disappear
“Unknown perpetrators” destroyed the priests

Nobody kept records
Someone was poisoned, killed with a rod
Or under the wheels of a truck
Or jerked in broad daylight

I was lucky – ‘deported me”
They did the same with my bishop
In Poland some protested
Most spoke “We are stupid…”

I took a job in Ukraine
Again not far from Rostov
Then it was an unknown area
Putin, however, made Donbas famous

I did in this country what I always did
I rode around the whole region
Two old churches have been returned to me
I have registered six new chapels

The devil took revenge – came the disease
From my fatigue my kidneys sat down
Dialysis were in danger, but in great Beijing
They found me a good doctor

From Donbas I moved to Tashkent
Police country, Anders`s memory
There was not much to do there
The Islamic regime mixed up of everything

I took up unusual work
I sent some children to Poland
Someone took the find exams, went to college
To stay in Poland someone got married

Some said – “These are not missions
This man is playing politics”
I applied to Papua
Let be silent “the bad languages”

Here I found an interesting legend
About our compatriot from Ukraine
Surname strange Maklucha – Maklain
Mother was Polish – surname was German

Maklain studied medicine
He was a Darwinist – traveler
He spent two years near Madang
Writing language, customs

He wrote to the Tsar to build ports
Here and help establish a nation
Something similar he wrote to England
But only the Germans swallowed the catch…

This is how began colonization
At that time missionaries arrived
In addition to faith they brought medicine here
Lots of school and civilization…

Still is wild this country like Siberia
Native customs are even worse
Is corrupt this country like Soviet
Drunk fights, thefts, rapes

Terrible is magic because effective
“Sanguma” kills at a distance
No cannibalism there is today
Unless secret somewhere underground

And from this country I write like a beggar
Because maybe someone will like it
To would help me endure here for some time
And sent some small things

In Papua I have a very large parish
Coastline 100 km
About 60 villages
25 Catholic schools

There is one hospital, 5 nurses
We operate without a doctor
I have malaria recently
Two days I waited for medicine…

Now I have a vacation after two years
For so long I have been without internet
I didn`t have anyone to talk to
In our native Polish

So what are the missions I wanted say
Poems to make it cool
If you liked it
Copy and pass on quickly
